A large-scale work aimed at creating a compact and professional public administration system is ongoing in our country. In this process, special attention is paid to ensuring the timely and effective implementation of administrative reforms, organizing the activities of the republic’s executive authorities based on updated requirements and principles.

On March 16, 2023, Ankara hosted the Extraordinary Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), dedicated to the theme of “Disaster-Emergency Management and Humanitarian Assistance”. The event is notable for the fact that for the first time the heads of the Turkic countries gathered at the highest level to discuss issues related to the development of cooperation in the fight against natural disasters and their consequences.

The Constitution of Uzbekistan was originally ratified in 1992, one year after the country became an independent state. Until now, almost all of the previous constitutional amendments related to governmental and parliamentary matters.

Die internationale Organisation «Transparency International» hat die Ergebnisse des Korruptionswahrnehmungsindex für das Jahr 2022 bekannt gegeben. Unser Land rangiert mit 31 Punkten auf Platz 126 von 180 Ländern. Durch die Erhöhung der Punktzahl um drei konnte Usbekistan seine Position um 14 Plätze verbessern (2021 – Platz 140). Usbekistan gehört zu den Ländern in Osteuropa und der zentralasiatischen Region, die systematisch Reformen zur Korruptionsbekämpfung durchgeführt haben und in diesem Index in den letzten sechs Jahren eine Wachstumsrate aufweisen. Dieses Wachstum ist ein positives Ergebnis der Korruptionsbekämpfungsbemühungen.

In unserem heutigen Leben finden tiefgreifende qualitative Veränderungen statt. Und grundlegende Reformen formen rasch ein völlig neues Gesicht unserer Gesellschaft.
