TASHKENT, August 21. /«Dunyo» IA/. At the invitation of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a state visit to this country on August 22-23, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

According to the press service of the Head of state, the visit program provides for high-level talks and other events with the participation of the two countries’ leaders.

The agenda includes issues of further deepening the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan and enhancing practical cooperation in priority areas.

Following the talks, a package of bilateral agreements is expected to be adopted.
