Bunday sharoitda o\u2018zaro transport bog\u2018liqligi iqtisodiy xavfsizlik va barqaror rivojlanishni ta\u2019minlashning muhim omillaridan biriga aylanib bormoqda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mazkur jarayonlar Yevroosiyo davlatlari uchun alohida dolzarblik kasb etadi. Bu borada tranzit yo\u2018laklarining yangi me\u2019morchiligida asosiy bo\u2018g\u2018in vazifasini o\u2018tayotgan Rossiya Federatsiyasi va O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi o\u2018rtasidagi kompleks transport-logistika hamkorligi strategik ahamiyatga ega.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rossiya\u2013O\u2018zbekiston hamkorligi barqaror ijobiy o\u2018sish sur\u2019atini namoyon etmoqda. 2025-yil yakunlariga ko\u2018ra, mamlakatlar o\u2018rtasidagi yuk tashishning umumiy hajmi 18,2 million tonnani tashkil etib, o\u2018tgan yilga nisbatan 13,6 foizga oshdi. Tashuvlar tarkibida eksport 3,6 million tonnani, import \u2013 9,2 million tonnani, tranzit esa \u2013 5,4 million tonnani tashkil qildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yuk aylanmasining asosini an\u2019anaviy tarzda temiryo\u2018l transporti shakllantiradi. 2025-yilda bu boradagi hajmlar 12,9 million tonnaga yetib, o\u2018tgan yilga nisbatan 12,3 foizga o\u2018sdi. Ayni paytda tranzit tashuvlari qariyb 15 foizga ko\u2018payib, 4,8 million tonnani tashkil etdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Strategik sanoat kooperatsiyasini rivojlantirish hamkorlikning muhim bosqichi bo\u2018ldi. Xususan, \u201cToshkent yo\u2018lovchi vagonlarini qurish va ta\u2019mirlash zavodi\u201dni \u201cTransmashxolding\u201d AJning ishonchli boshqaruviga o\u2018tkazish bo\u2018yicha yirik loyiha amalga oshirilmoqda. Imzolangan kelishuvlar doirasida 2026-yil oxirigacha korxonani bosqichma-bosqich xususiylashtirish istiqboli bilan uni to\u2018liq modernizatsiya qilish ko\u2018zda tutilgan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yo\u2018lovchi tashish bo\u2018yicha temiryo\u2018l sohasida \u201cToshkent \u2013 Moskva\u201d va \u201cToshkent \u2013 Qozon\u201d yo\u2018nalishlarida qatnovlar to\u2018liq tiklandi. Kun tartibida Andijondan Moskvaga poyezdlar harakatini yo\u2018lga qo\u2018yish hamda ikki mamlakatning sayyohlik markazlari o\u2018rtasida to\u2018g\u2018ridan-to\u2018g\u2018ri temiryo\u2018l aloqasini tashkil etish masalasi turibdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avtomobil tashuvlarini rivojlantirish ham hamkorlikning muhim yo\u2018nalishlaridan biri bo\u2018lib qolmoqda. 2025-yil yakunlariga ko\u2018ra, avtomobilda yuk tashish hajmi 5,2 mln tonnadan oshib, 16,5 foizlik o\u2018sishni ko\u2018rsatdi. Shu bilan birga, yo\u2018lovchi avtobus qatnovlarini rivojlantirish ham davom etmoqda. Toshkentdan Novosibirsk, Qozon, Perm, Krasnodar, Ufa, Moskva va Sankt-Peterburgga muntazam avtobus yo\u2018nalishlari yo\u2018lga qo\u2018yildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2026\u20132028-yillarda Nijniy Novgorod, Tyumen va Yekaterinburgga yo\u2018nalishlar ochish rejalashtirilgan. Xizmatlar sifatini oshirish maqsadida yagona xizmat ko\u2018rsatish standartlari, monitoring tizimlari va chiptalarni elektron bron qilish kabi raqamli servislar joriy etilmoqda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aviatsiya aloqalari sohasida ham salmoqli natijalarga erishildi. 2025-yilda 34 mingdan ortiq ikki tomonlama aviaqatnov amalga oshirilib, 4,8 foizlik o\u2018sishga erishildi va 4,2 mln dan ziyod yo\u2018lovchi tashildi. Bugungi kunda parvozlar haftasiga 340 ta reys chastotasi bilan bajarilmoqda. Ularda Rossiyaning 45 dan ortiq aviakompaniyasi hamda O\u2018zbekistonning yetakchi aviatashuvchilari (&#8220;Uzbekistan Airways&#8221;, &#8220;Qanot Sharq&#8221;, &#8220;Panorama Airways&#8221;, &#8220;My Freighter&#8221;) ishtirok etmoqda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2025-yil iyun oyida Moskvada aviatsiya idoralarining kelishuvlari hamkorlikda tub burilish yasadi. Tomonlar muntazam reyslar chastotasini haftasiga 1000 tagacha oshirishga kelishib oldilar. Ushbu kvotalardan to\u2018liq foydalanilgan taqdirda, tashish sig\u2018imi yiliga 16 mln yo\u2018lovchidan oshadi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hamkorlikning eng muhim yo\u2018nalishi yangi xalqaro transport yo\u2018laklarini birgalikda shakllantirishdan iborat bo\u2018lib, ularning asosiysi \u201cBelarus \u2013 Rossiya \u2013 Qozog\u2018iston \u2013 O\u2018zbekiston \u2013 Afg\u2018oniston \u2013 Pokiston\u201d multimodal yo\u2018lagidir. Loyihani amalga oshirish 2023-yili SHHTning birinchi Transport forumi doirasida ushbu yo\u2018lakni rivojlantirish to\u2018g\u2018risidagi memorandumni imzolash bilan boshlangan edi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2024-yil aprel oyida Termiz shahrida ishchi guruhning birinchi yig\u2018ilishi bo\u2018lib o\u2018tdi va unda tomonlar yuk oqimlarini tahlil qilish, elektron raqamli hujjatlarni joriy etish va bojxona tartib-taomillarini optimallashtirishni ko\u2018zda tutuvchi yo\u2018l xaritasini imzoladilar. Pokiston memorandumga qo\u2018shilgach, 2025-yil davomida ishchi guruhning bir qator qo\u2018shimcha yig\u2018ilishlari o\u2018tkazilib, ularda tarif shartlari, logistik yechimlar va yo\u2018nalish bo\u2018ylab sinov tariqasidagi konteyner tashuvlarini tashkil etish masalalari kelishib olindi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Istiqbolda ushbu transport yo\u2018lagi Belarus va Rossiya, Markaziy Osiyo mamlakatlari hamda Janubiy Osiyo bozorlari o\u2018rtasida to\u2018g\u2018ridan-to\u2018g\u2018ri transport-logistika aloqasini ta\u2019minlovchi Yevroosiyo makonining eng muhim yo\u2018nalishlaridan biriga aylanish salohiyatiga ega.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rossiya-O\u2018zbekiston hamkorligi transport va logistika sohasida to\u2018laqonli strategik sheriklik darajasiga ko\u2018tarildi. Transportning barcha turlarini sinxron rivojlantirish, chuqur sanoat kooperatsiyasi va yangi tranzit yo\u2018nalishlarini birgalikda qurish Katta Yevroosiyo bo\u2018ylab iqtisodiy o\u2018sishni ta\u2019minlashga qodir bo\u2018lgan Yevroosiyo bog\u2018liqligining mustahkam poydevorini shakllantirmoqda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Transport vazirligi huzuridagi Transport va logistikani rivojlantirish muammolarini o\u2018rganish markazining yetakchi mutaxassislari Sh.
